ExecMedia builds websites, SaaS products, mobile apps and AI features for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and worldwide, from our office in Islamabad. We use AI tools every day, and we hold the work to a high standard: every change is reviewed, tested and owned by a person.

What we look for
- Care about the product. You want to understand why a feature exists, not just how to build it.
- Good judgment with AI tools. You use AI to move faster and you check its output critically. Experience with coding assistants such as Claude Code helps, and so does solid prompt engineering.
- Strong fundamentals. For engineers: clean code, testing, databases, security basics. For designers: clear flows, accessibility and real user research. For QA: a sharp eye and a systematic approach.
- Clear written English. Most of our communication with clients is written.
- Honesty. Saying "I do not know" or "this is behind schedule" early is valued here.
