Choosing a development partner is a big decision. You are trusting someone with your budget, your timeline and often your customers. We would rather you choose us for the right reasons, so here they are, along with the things we deliberately do not do.
-
Faster delivery, without shortcuts
AI handles repetitive work, so the same careful process takes less time. See how we use AI.
-
Lower cost for the same scope
Less time on repetitive work means more of your budget goes to design, decisions and quality.
-
People on every decision
Strategy, UX, architecture and review stay with experienced people. AI never decides what ships.
-
Fixed-scope milestones
Each milestone has a clear scope, price and timeline. See pricing and estimates.
-
You own everything
Code, designs, documentation, data and accounts are yours. See IP ownership.
-
Honest communication
Written updates, early warnings about problems and straight answers about what is realistic.
-
Product experience
We build and run software ourselves, so we plan for life after launch, not just the first release.
-
Working across time zones
Clients in the US, UK and worldwide, with overlapping call hours and written updates.
What we will not do
- Overpromise. We will not quote a timeline or price before we understand the scope, and we will not promise results we cannot show.
- Ship unreviewed AI output. Every change is read and tested by an engineer. See human oversight and quality.
- Lock you in. No proprietary platforms you cannot leave, no accounts you cannot access, no exit fees.
- Sell you software you do not need. If an off-the-shelf product or a simpler solution fits, we will say so.
- Invent case studies or reviews. Our case studies describe real work, anonymized, with no made-up numbers.
Who we are a good fit for
We work best with founders, operations leaders and product teams who know the problem they want to solve and want a partner who will think about it with them, not just take orders. Common starting points are an MVP, an internal tool that replaces spreadsheets, an AI feature in an existing product, or integrations between systems that do not talk to each other.
Who we are not a good fit for
If you need the lowest possible price for work nobody will review, or you want a large team working on hundreds of screens at once from day one, other partners will suit you better. We are also not the right choice for projects that need people physically on-site every day.
Comparing partners
We encourage you to compare. Our guides on choosing a development partner and questions to ask before hiring an agency are useful whoever you choose. If you are weighing an in-house team, read in-house vs outsourced development.
