How we work
Frequently asked questions about working with us
Short, direct answers to the questions clients ask us most before and during a project.
Getting started
Send a short brief through our project form or email. We reply with questions, arrange a call and then send a written scope and an estimate for the first milestone. Nothing is billed before you approve that estimate.
A short description of the problem, who will use the product, any deadlines, existing systems it must work with and a rough budget range if you have one. Our guide on writing a requirements document helps.
Working together
We work with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and worldwide from our office in Islamabad. We schedule calls in overlapping hours and keep most updates in writing, so progress does not depend on being online at the same time.
You get regular written updates on what was finished, what is next and any decisions needed, plus access to a test environment where you can try new work. Problems are raised when we find them, with options.
AI and quality
AI drafts a lot of the repetitive work, such as standard screens, tests and documentation. Engineers design the architecture, review every change and decide what ships. Read how we use AI.
Every change is reviewed by an engineer, covered by automated tests and checked for security issues before it is merged, and you approve releases in a test environment first. See human oversight and quality.
Contracts, cost and ownership
Yes, through fixed-scope milestones, each with its own price and timeline. For evolving products we also offer ongoing monthly development. See engagement models and pricing and estimates.
You do, along with the designs, documentation and data. We hand over everything needed to run the product without us. See security and IP ownership.
After launch
Yes. We fix issues found in the first weeks after launch, and we can continue with ongoing development, maintenance or a clean handover to your own team, whichever you prefer.
Yes. We use mainstream tools, document as we go and walk your team through the codebase at handover. See our technology stack.
