Automation and Integrations
A CRM that stays complete without anyone typing
Your CRM is only as good as the data in it. We connect it to your website, inbox, billing and support tools so records update themselves and your team trusts them.
The problem
The problem this solves
Most CRM systems are half empty. Leads arrive through web forms and are entered by hand, if at all. Deals move forward in email but not in the pipeline. Invoices and support tickets live in other systems, so sales cannot see that a customer is unhappy or overdue before calling them.
The result is a tool everyone pays for and nobody trusts. Reports are wrong, forecasts are guesses, and managers ask for spreadsheets instead. Sales staff spend time on data entry instead of selling.
CRM integration fixes this at the source. Web forms create contacts and deals automatically. Emails and meetings are logged against the right record. Billing and support data flows in so everyone sees the full picture. Duplicates are prevented rather than cleaned up later. We use API integrations and webhooks so updates happen in real time.
AI adds another layer. Incoming leads can be researched and scored automatically, as in our AI lead qualification solution, and sales staff can get a short briefing on a company before a call, as in AI sales research.
We work with the CRM you have. We will only suggest switching if your current CRM truly cannot support what you need, and we will explain the cost of moving honestly.
Clean data needs rules as well as connections. We agree which system owns each field, how duplicates are detected and merged, and what happens when two systems disagree. Those rules are written down, so the integration keeps working as your team and tools change.

AI and people
Where AI helps, where people decide
AI makes the repetitive parts faster. The decisions that shape your product stay with experienced people.
Where AI speeds things up
-
Mapping fields between the CRM and other systems.
-
Finding duplicates and inconsistent records.
-
Writing integration code and tests.
-
Researching and summarizing new leads.
-
Drafting documentation of every data flow.
Where people decide
-
Which system is the source of truth for each field.
-
How duplicates are merged.
-
What AI enrichment may add to records.
-
Who gets alerted when something fails.
-
When each integration is safe to switch on.
Is this right for you?
When this is the right choice
A good fit when
-
Staff type leads, emails or deals into the CRM by hand.
-
Sales cannot see billing or support information for a customer.
-
Managers do not trust CRM reports.
Consider something else when
-
You have no CRM yet. Choosing and setting one up comes first.
-
Your CRM has a built-in connector that already covers your needs. Configure that first.
Timeline and cost
What affects the timeline and cost
A single integration, such as web forms to CRM, can take days. Connecting several systems with data cleanup and AI enrichment usually takes a few weeks, released one flow at a time.
We do not publish fixed prices because scope drives cost. How we estimate.
-
Number of systems
Each connected system adds build and test time.
-
Data quality
Messy existing data needs cleanup before syncing.
-
Sync direction
Two-way sync needs conflict rules and more testing than one-way.
-
CRM customization
Heavily customized CRMs need more mapping work.
-
AI enrichment
Lead research and scoring add model setup and review design.
-
Volume
High volumes need careful handling of API limits.

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and others with a usable API. See the CRM category in our MCP server directory for AI connections too.
Yes. Invoices, payments and balances can sync to customer records so sales and finance see the same numbers.
AI can research leads, summarize calls and suggest updates. We usually keep a person approving changes to important fields at first. See AI agents.
We clean it as part of the project: merging duplicates, fixing formats and filling gaps where possible, so the integration starts from a trustworthy base.
