On every ExecMedia project, these roles are filled by experienced people.
AI tools, such as coding assistants like Claude Code, work alongside each role and take on repetitive tasks. They make the team faster. They do not take any of these responsibilities.
The roles on a project
Product lead
Your main contact. Understands your business, owns the scope and priorities, runs discovery and keeps you informed.
Uses AI to summarize research, draft specifications and prepare updates.
Senior engineers
Design the architecture, build the difficult parts and review every change before it is merged.
Use AI to draft standard code, tests and documentation, then check and correct it.
UX and UI designer
Designs flows and screens, builds clickable prototypes and makes sure the product is clear and accessible.
Uses AI to explore layout variations and draft copy, then chooses and refines.
Quality assurance
Tests features against the requirements, on real devices, and decides when a release is ready.
Uses AI to generate test cases and test data, and to reproduce bugs.
How the team scales
Small projects, such as a landing page or a single integration, may need only an engineer and a reviewer. Larger products add designers, more engineers and dedicated QA. Because AI handles much of the repetitive work, we can often deliver with a smaller team than a traditional agency would need, which keeps communication simple and costs lower.
For specialist work, such as AI products, mobile apps or legacy modernization, we bring in people with that experience.
How we work together
