Solution: AI support agent
Customers keep asking the same questions
An AI agent answers the questions your team answers every day, from your own help content and systems, and passes anything complex or sensitive to a person.
Sounds familiar?
Signs this is costing you time
Look at your support inbox and a pattern appears. A large share of questions are the same ones: where is my order, how do I change my booking, what is your refund policy, how do I reset my password. Each takes a few minutes to answer, but together they fill the day and delay replies to customers with real problems.
Customers do not want to wait hours for a simple answer, especially outside business hours. Your team does not want to type the same reply for the hundredth time.
An AI support agent handles the routine questions instantly and accurately from your own content, and gives your team more time for the conversations that need a person.

In practice
What it looks like in practice
An illustrative walk-through, not a client story.
A vacation rental company receives many messages from guests: check-in times, parking, Wi-Fi, early arrival, pet policies and how to extend a stay. Most arrive in the evening, when the office is closed.
The AI agent answers from the house guides and policies, and looks up each guest's booking to give the right door code timing and parking details. When a guest asks to extend a stay, the agent checks availability and offers to pass the request to the team. When a guest reports a broken heater, the agent creates an urgent ticket and alerts the on-call manager rather than trying to troubleshoot. Each morning, the team reviews overnight conversations in a few minutes.
Models and tools
AI models and MCP servers that usually fit
We choose models by task, data sensitivity and cost, and test them on your real examples before we commit. These are common starting points, not a fixed recipe.
How we build it
The services behind this solution
Most solutions combine two or three of our services. These are the ones this one usually needs.
AI chatbots
Website and messaging chatbots that answer common questions well and hand everything else to a person.
RAG knowledge assistants
Assistants that answer questions from your own documents and show where each answer came from.
Customer portals
A secure place where your customers upload documents, check status, pay and message your team.
Industries where it fits best
Honest limits
Limits and human checks
AI agents can give wrong answers, especially when the help content is incomplete or a question is ambiguous. We limit the agent to your approved content, instruct it to admit when it does not know, and test it on real past questions before launch. Every conversation is logged so mistakes are found and fixed.
Some conversations should always go to a person: complaints, refunds above a limit, safety issues, legal questions and upset customers. We define these together and make handover easy for customers at any point. The goal is faster help, not a wall between customers and your team.
