Solution: AI-assisted content workflows
You cannot keep up with the content your business needs
We build content workflows where AI handles research, drafts and repurposing, and your people set the direction, add expertise and approve everything that goes live.
Sounds familiar?
Signs this is costing you time
Every business needs more content than it can produce: website pages, blog posts, product descriptions, emails, social posts, help articles. Generic AI tools can produce text quickly, but most of it sounds the same, gets facts wrong and does not reflect your expertise. Published unedited, it can hurt your brand and your search rankings.
The answer is not to avoid AI but to use it inside a workflow. Your team decides what to write about and what makes your view different. AI does the research summaries, first drafts and reformatting. People check facts, add real examples and approve. The result is more content that still sounds like you.

-
Your experts have knowledge but no time to write.
-
One good article never gets turned into emails, posts and pages.

Tone and quality vary widely between writers.
-
Team members paste confidential material into consumer AI tools.

In practice
What it looks like in practice
An illustrative walk-through, not a client story.
An accounting firm wants to publish a monthly guide on a tax topic. A partner records a fifteen-minute voice note explaining the key points. The workflow transcribes it and builds a brief: audience, three main points, questions clients usually ask and the keywords people search for.
AI writes a first draft in the firm's voice from that brief. A junior accountant checks every figure and date, the partner adds two practical examples from experience, and the editor approves. The final article is published to the website, and the workflow drafts a client newsletter section and three short posts from it, each reviewed before it goes out.
Models and tools
AI models and MCP servers that usually fit
We choose models by task, data sensitivity and cost, and test them on your real examples before we commit. These are common starting points, not a fixed recipe.
How we build it
The services behind this solution
Most solutions combine two or three of our services. These are the ones this one usually needs.
AI copilots
AI helpers built into your product or internal tools that draft, summarize and suggest while people decide.
LLM integration
Add a large language model to software you already have, with the guardrails, costs and logging handled.
Headless CMS
Content managed in one place and published to your website, app and other channels through an API.
Industries where it fits best
Honest limits
Limits and human checks
AI drafts can be confident and wrong. They may invent statistics, misstate rules or repeat common myths. In our workflows, every factual claim is checked by a person, and drafts include source notes where facts came from your material. We never publish AI output without review.
Search engines reward helpful, original content. Content that only rephrases what already exists tends to perform poorly whoever writes it. The value in these workflows comes from your expertise, so we design them to capture it, not to replace it.
