An illustrative walk-through, not a client story.
A professional training company runs online courses for accountants. Learners sign up and pay on a subscription platform, which gives them access to video lessons, handouts and quizzes. Each lesson has a transcript, and a study assistant answers questions using only the course material, with a link to the lesson and minute where the answer appears.
When a learner asks something the material does not cover, the assistant says so and offers to send the question to a tutor. Course authors use an AI tool to draft quiz questions from new lessons, then edit and approve them. A weekly report shows which lessons produce the most questions and which learners have stopped logging in, so tutors can reach out in time.
Tutors spend less time on repeat questions and more on the learners who need them. Authors update courses faster, and the company can see which lessons need rewriting.
