A facility management platform that replaced spreadsheets and phone calls
Every request, inspection and cost for every building now lives in one place, with a clear owner and status.

Industries
When you are on a job, you cannot answer the phone. We build booking, quoting and follow-up tools that keep work coming in while you do the work.
Common challenges
Plumbers, electricians, cleaners, landscapers and other home service businesses win work by being easy to reach and quick to respond. Customers call the first number they find, and if nobody answers, they call the next one. Yet the people who answer the phone are often the same people doing the jobs.
After the booking comes the admin: a quote, a reminder, directions for the crew, an invoice, a payment and a request for a review. Each is small, but together they take evenings and weekends, and some are forgotten.
We build websites with online booking, simple crew apps and automation for quotes, invoices and reminders. Where it fits, AI answers calls and messages, books jobs into open slots and drafts quotes for you to check. You keep control of prices and of every promise made to a customer. Each tool is small on its own, so you can start with one and add more when it pays off.
What we build
The services home service businesses ask us for most often.
Fast, clear websites that explain what you do, rank in search and turn visitors into inquiries.
One codebase for iOS and Android with React Native or Flutter, so both apps ship together.
Speech to text, call summaries and voice assistants that take bookings or answer routine calls.
Stripe, PayPal and local gateways wired into your site or app, with receipts, refunds and reconciliation.
Solutions that fit
Let customers book, change and confirm appointments themselves, by web, chat or phone, with reminders that cut no-shows.
Draft accurate quotes and proposals from a request, your price rules and past work, for a person to approve.
An assistant that answers routine questions from your own content, checks orders and hands anything else to a person.
Read every review, survey and ticket, group them by theme and sentiment, and show what customers keep asking for.
Similar work
Every request, inspection and cost for every building now lives in one place, with a clear owner and status.
Payroll is calculated from recorded inputs, reviewed once and sent as payslips in a single batch, with every change logged.
A product design built around handwritten daily proof, locked plans and honest self-scoring. The build is in progress.
In practice
An illustrative walk-through, not a client story.
A plumbing business with five vans gets a call at 7 p.m. while the owner is under a sink. A voice assistant answers, asks what the problem is and where the customer lives, and offers two open slots for the next morning from the shared calendar. The customer picks one and receives a text confirmation with the price range for a callout.
A burst pipe call later that evening is different. The assistant marks it urgent and sends a text to the plumber on call instead of booking it. The next morning, the job appears in the crew app with the address and notes. After the job, the plumber enters the parts used, the invoice is sent with a payment link and, two days later, the customer receives a short message asking for a review. The owner reviewed every step but typed almost nothing.
Where to start
Most home service businesses start with a fast business website with online booking through appointment scheduling. It captures work around the clock at a low cost.
Busy teams then add voice AI for calls after hours, payment links on invoices and automatic review requests. Growing firms with several crews often need a crew app for jobs, notes and photos.
Models and tools
These connect AI to the tools this industry already uses. We pick per project and test on real data first.

Have a question that is not here? Ask us directly.
Yes. A voice assistant can answer, collect details, book jobs into open slots and pass urgent calls to a person. It should always say it is an assistant. See voice AI.
Yes, from your website, with the real availability of your crews, confirmations and reminders by text and email. See appointment scheduling.
A quoting tool can use your price list and past jobs to draft a quote for you to check and send in minutes. See quote and proposal generation.
We scope small first versions, such as a booking website or one automation, so the cost matches the size of the business. See how we price work.
