Voice AI for calls, meetings and voice assistants

Phone calls and meetings hold important information that rarely gets written down properly. We build voice AI that transcribes, summarizes and, where it fits, answers.

The problem

The problem this solves

A lot of business still happens by voice. Customers call to book, ask questions or complain. Sales calls and meetings produce decisions and action items. Field staff would rather speak than type on a small screen. Yet most of that information is lost, summarized from memory or typed up late.

Phones also create a staffing problem. Calls come in at busy times and after hours. Routine calls, such as booking changes, opening hours and order status, take staff away from customers in front of them.

Voice AI combines speech-to-text, language understanding and speech synthesis. The simplest use is transcription and summaries: every call or meeting turned into text, with action items extracted and sent to the right system. A step further is a voice assistant that answers routine calls, books appointments through your calendar and hands the caller to a person when needed.

Voice is less forgiving than text. Latency must be low or conversations feel awkward. Accents, background noise and names are harder to handle. And callers must know they are talking to an automated system. We design voice features with those limits in mind, test them with real recordings and keep a person reachable at all times.

Consent and privacy come first. Callers are told when calls are recorded or handled by AI, recordings are stored securely with clear retention rules, and sensitive details are redacted from transcripts where required. You decide what is kept and for how long.

Related solutions include meeting notes and follow-ups and appointment scheduling.

AI and people

Where AI helps, where people decide

AI makes the repetitive parts faster. The decisions that shape your product stay with experienced people.

Where AI speeds things up

  • Transcribing speech and identifying speakers.

  • Summarizing calls and extracting action items.

  • Handling routine spoken requests.

  • Testing flows against many recorded examples.

  • Grouping calls by reason for analysis.

Where people decide

  • Which calls an assistant may handle.

  • When callers must reach a person.

  • How consent and recording notices are given.

  • What is stored, redacted and for how long.

  • Whether quality is good enough for customers.

Is this right for you?

When this is the right choice

A good fit when

  • Many routine calls take staff away from other work.

  • Important details from calls and meetings get lost.

  • Staff in the field would rather speak than type.

Consider something else when

  • Most calls are complex, emotional or sensitive and need a person.

  • Call volume is low and staff handle it easily.

Timeline and cost

What affects the timeline and cost

We do not publish fixed prices because scope drives cost. How we estimate.

  • Telephony setup

Connecting to your phone system or a new number adds work.

  • Languages and accents

Each language needs testing with real recordings.

  • Integrations

Bookings and lookups need connections to your systems.

  • Latency needs

Real-time conversation needs faster, sometimes costlier, models.

  • Call volume

Speech and model costs scale with minutes processed.

  • Compliance

Recording laws and data rules vary by country and industry.
