Pipedrive is a sales CRM built around the deal pipeline, popular with small sales teams. It launched an official hosted MCP server in June 2026, in beta and available on all plans with usage limits. An assistant can search deals, people, organizations and leads, and create and update deals, contacts and activities.
For busy salespeople, that means updating the pipeline by describing what happened instead of clicking through forms.
Pipedrive documents the server's capabilities but not its exact tool names, so none are listed here. It signs in through Pipedrive and follows the user's permissions and visibility settings. We start with search and reporting, then add updates with a review step.
Because it is a beta, we test it with a small group of salespeople first and check that records created through the assistant match your pipeline rules before rolling it out to the whole team.
