Trello's simple boards are used by many small teams for everything from content calendars to hiring. Trello, part of Atlassian, now hosts an official MCP server. It covers members, workspaces, boards, lists, cards, checklists, search, the Planner and the Inbox.
An assistant can turn a list of ideas into cards, move cards as work progresses and summarize what is on each board.
Trello documents capability groups rather than exact tool names, so none are listed here. A useful safety detail is that it archives rather than permanently deleting, so mistakes can be undone. Access follows the signed-in user.
Trello suits small teams that want simple boards without heavy setup. With the assistant handling card creation and updates, those boards stay current with less manual work. For larger programs with many dependencies, Jira or Asana may fit better, and their servers are listed in this directory too.
We usually start by letting the assistant read boards and summarize them, then add card creation for one board where the team has agreed on how cards should look.
