Solution: Scheduling and drafting automation

Social posting eats hours your team does not have

One approved piece of content becomes drafts for each channel, scheduled at the right times, with results collected in one report. Nothing is posted without approval.

Sounds familiar?

Signs this is costing you time

Social channels reward consistency, but posting well every week is a lot of small work: writing versions for each platform, finding images, scheduling, replying and reporting. Small teams fall behind, and posting becomes sporadic.

Most of that work is repetitive: taking something you already published and reshaping it for each platform. That is exactly where AI helps. Your team keeps the parts that need judgment, such as what to say, when to stay quiet and how to answer customers, and the workflow handles the rest. Because every post is approved, nothing goes out that your team has not seen.

  • Posting stops whenever the team gets busy.

  • The same text is pasted into every platform, ignoring how each one works.

  • Finding or making an image for each post takes longer than writing it.

  • Nobody knows which posts actually bring visitors or inquiries.

  • Approvals happen in chat threads that are easy to lose.

Before and after

How it works today, and how it works after

Before

How it works today

  1. Someone writes posts on the day, if they remember.

  2. Each platform is updated by hand.

  3. Images are made one at a time.

  4. Results are checked occasionally, platform by platform.

  5. Good posts are never reused, and old content is forgotten.

After

How it works after

  1. New blog posts, products or events trigger draft posts for each channel.

  2. Drafts respect each platform's length, tone and format.

  3. A person approves, edits or rejects drafts in one queue.

  4. Approved posts are scheduled for the best times.

  5. A weekly report shows reach, clicks and top posts in one place.

In practice

What it looks like in practice

An illustrative walk-through, not a client story.

A boutique hotel publishes a blog post about a new spring menu. The workflow drafts an Instagram caption with suggested hashtags, a short Facebook post with the booking link, and a LinkedIn post aimed at event planners. It fills the hotel's image template with a photo from the post.

The marketing coordinator reviews the three drafts on Monday morning, shortens one, and approves them. They go out over the week at scheduled times. On Friday, a short report shows which post brought the most visits to the booking page. The whole process took twenty minutes of human time instead of an afternoon.

Models and tools

We choose models by task, data sensitivity and cost, and test them on your real examples before we commit. These are common starting points, not a fixed recipe.

How we build it

The services behind this solution

Most solutions combine two or three of our services. These are the ones this one usually needs.

AI workflows

Step-by-step automations where AI handles the reading, sorting and drafting inside a process you control.

Third-party integrations

Honest limits

Limits and human checks

Automated posting without review is risky. A badly timed or inaccurate post can damage a brand quickly, so every post in our workflows is approved by a person. We also avoid automated replies to comments and messages about complaints or sensitive topics; those go to your team.

Platform rules change often, and some platforms restrict automated posting through their APIs. We use official APIs or established scheduling tools, and we check current platform policies before building. Many teams can do this with no-code tools; we build custom workflows when volume or approval needs require it. Either way, your team owns the accounts and the content.
